The Greek Federation of Spirits Producers (SEAOP) has team up with Enterprise Greece, an organization aiming to promote Greek products and services to the global marketplace and help Greek businesses reach new markets, find new business partners, and become more competitive and attractive, in order to highlight Greek spirits across the world.

In this framework, the two operators are already organizing the Greek participation at the Bar Convent Berlin international trade show, which takes place 7-9 October 2019 and Prowein in Germany between 15-17 March 2020, with the establishment of a Spirits Bar within the Greek pavilion.

At the same time, committed to enhancing the international character of Greek spirits, international opinion leaders and mixologists will be invited to Greece and will be given the opportunity to visit distilleries, get informed on the production and bottling process, while educational seminars will also be held in Greece and abroad for sector professionals.

The afore-mentioned actions are part of the strategic planning of the two operators to boost the extroversion of Greek spirits.

“This collaboration aims to strengthen the Greek character of our spirits make them competitive compared with the respective international brands,” stated Mr Grigoris Stergioulis, President & CEO of Enterprise Greece.
