Manolakoudis SA was founded in 1964 by Tryfonas Manolakoudis. It started as a small pita unit based in Katerini, Northern Greece. Today, it is managed by the third generation of bakers and it is one of the largest bakery product producers in Greece. It offers a wide range of products, such as handmade pita bread for souvlaki, Arabic and Cypriot pita bread, buns and much more, made with the best ingredients one can find.
The clientele consists of food merchants, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, fast-food chains and more. Furthermore, much of the production is shipped to various countries, such as England, Germany, Spain, Sweden, etc.
